Trump’s #SOTU was as empty as sounding brass or tinkling cymbals. (He did showcase 2 black people who were released from prison as evidence of his work on prison reform – Happy Black History Month.  He did not mention the Federal Shutdown that hurt so many people. He did not mention domestic white terrorists, but he tried to scare people about “criminals” coming across the border from Mexico.)
